Half A String present The Puppet Van Presents: Space Chickens

Earth’s unlikely hero: an adventurous chicken who is blasted into space to solve all of our planet’s problems. Sounds ridiculous? Not for our heroic hen who will boldly go where no poultry has gone before…With stunning puppetry and live original banjo synth music follow this rocket-fuelled tale all on top of a van. Join us, for an intergalactic adventure from the hen house, to the milky way.

Suitable for all the family and is aimed at ages 5+

Local Kent based (and University of Kent Alumni) Half A String create, explore and share spectacular worlds to get lost in using transforming sets, intricate detailed puppetry and live atmospheric music.  Half A String have performed at bOing! previously with The Puppet Van: The Lost Colour, Breathe, BEE and Save the Lyma Birds!

Please note the 10.30am performances will be BSL Interpreted.
