Monkton Nature Reserve present Conservation Station

Conservation Station is a renewable energy project that demonstrates Green energy in action. If you know a budding builder then here’s a challenge. Build a simple circuit to light a bulb using energy from the sun and wind. Run a clock using fruit or veg. Light a bulb with a hand-held turbine. In this 30 minute session for children 8+ we will discover about renewable and non-renewable energy resources, and what we can do to save energy.
